– Free parking<\/strong>: available directly in front of the house.<\/span><\/p>

– For environmentally friendly mobility<\/strong>, two electric vehicle charging stations are available, which you are welcome to use once free of charge during your stay.

– PIN-controlled locking<\/strong> system for access to your apartment<\/span><\/p>

– Bicycles<\/strong>: <\/span> You can store your bicycles in our lockable bicycle room, which is secured with a PIN code. We offer free charging for e-bikes, as well as a washing station and a repair service for your bicycle.

– Heating<\/strong>: The entire house has underfloor heating.<\/span><\/p>

– Drying room:<\/strong><\/span> for ski equipment, hiking boots, swimwear.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Washing: <\/strong>A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of our house for an extra charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/g>Playground<\/g>:<\/strong> Our younger guests are not neglected either. In the garden, which faces south, a play tower is planned for the little guests from the spring\/summer season of 2026.<\/g> <\/span><\/p>\n

– Barbecue area:<\/strong> If you don’t feel like cooking in your kitchen or visiting one of the nearby restaurants, a communal barbecue area is available.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
